Jambot brings moderation, verification, tickets, backups, and GrandJam AI together. Bigger requests can move into a Deep Work thread that researches, plans, builds, reviews, and packages the result.
Deep Work
For larger requests, GrandJam can create a Discord thread and move through visible high-level stages. It never publishes hidden chain-of-thought.
Find current context when the request needs outside information.
Restate the request and prepare a plan without leaking the final code.
Turn the plan into a build approach and check the requirements.
Create the first implementation when a multi-pass build is enabled.
Recheck bugs, missing requirements, structure, and polish.
Produce the final response from the reviewed work.
Attach code as real files instead of splitting it across Discord messages.
GrandJam
GrandJam starts disabled in every server. Once a Jambot admin grants it, authorized staff choose allowed channels, passive replies, ticket-only mode, Deep Work behavior, file output, and a server prompt up to 50 KiB.
What ships now
Coding and build requests can end with .py, .html, project files, or a ZIP attachment instead of a wall of split code messages.
GrandJam can search current information before answering and clearly shows a Researching stage when a Deep Work request uses search.
Research behaviorHarmless cybersecurity explanations are allowed. Clearly action-oriented abuse can be refused and privately recorded for review without automatically punishing the user.
Safety and auditsPrivate tickets, role pings, raid protection, warnings, timeouts, backups, verification, and Continue or Cancel confirmations stay part of the same bot.
Server toolsAI replies, searches, errors, and generated attachments can be mirrored into the configured private record server for debugging and moderation review.
Read the data policyJambot admins can browse connected servers, create one-use 60-second invites, grant GrandJam, manage AI DM rewards, inspect AI errors, and run scoped test tools.
